1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the digital platform Boosty Network (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), including access to the AI bot, consulting and analytical services, events, and educational materials.

1.2. By registering on the Platform, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the Platform, it is necessary to create an account. Registration is permitted for individuals over 18 years old (or who have reached the age of majority according to the laws of their country).

2.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate information during registration.

2.3. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their login and password, as well as for all actions performed from their account.

3. Description of Services

3.1. The Platform provides the following digital services:

– access to the AI bot (which has a recommendatory, non-expert nature),

– participation in online and offline events,

– consulting and educational materials,

– CRM functions, organization of own events.

3.2. Boosty Network does not guarantee the achievement of specific results or success of projects carried out based on the AI bot's recommendations.

3.3. The User agrees to use the platform exclusively within the framework of applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. The User undertakes:

– not to post content that violates the law, the rights of third parties, or moral and ethical standards;

– not to use the Platform to distribute malicious software or spam;

– to adhere to the rules of conduct at events and when interacting with other users.

4.2. Boosty Network reserves the right to delete an account or restrict access for violating the Terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All elements of the Platform (design, logos, algorithms, texts, AI models) are the intellectual property of Boosty Network and are protected by copyright.

5.2. The User retains copyright on uploaded content but grants Boosty Network a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and process such content within the operation of the Platform.

5.3. The User guarantees that the content they post does not violate the rights of third parties.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

6.1. Some features of the Platform are provided on a paid basis (subscriptions, events, access to materials).

6.2. Payment is made through third-party payment providers. Boosty Network is not responsible for errors or failures in payment systems.

6.3. The User can cancel paid services at any time, but refunds are possible only in cases provided by law and the Refund Policy.

6.4. By subscribing, the user agrees to automatic renewal unless they cancel it before the billing date.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Boosty Network has the right to make changes to these Terms.

7.2. Users are notified of changes via email and/or through the Platform interface.

7.3. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect signifies the user's agreement with them.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is," without any warranties.

8.2. Boosty Network is not responsible for:

– losses caused by using the AI bot's recommendations,

– actions of other users,

– interruptions in operation due to technical reasons.

8.3. The AI bot provides only analytical and recommendatory information and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes between the user and Boosty Network are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of Germany.

9.2. Before going to court, the parties undertake to take pre-trial measures to resolve the dispute.

1. Collection and Processing of Data

1.1.  We collect the following data:

– registration data (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Postal Code, Job Title, Company);

–  behavioral data (activity on the platform, participation in events, interactions with the AI bot);

–  technical data (IP address, device type, cookies, log files).

1.2. We do not collect data unrelated to the purpose of the platform's operation.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

2.1. We use personal data for the following purposes:

– providing and improving the Platform's services,

– analytics and personalization,

– feedback and notifications,

– compliance with legal obligations.

2.2. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or other significant consequences for the user without their explicit consent.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

3.1. We use cookies to improve the user experience.

3.2. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Data Storage and Protection

4.1. Data is stored on secure servers using encryption and backups.

4.2. Retention period: no more than 5 years from the last user activity, unless otherwise required by law.

4.3. We take measures to protect data from loss, leakage, and unauthorized access.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

5.1. We only share data in the following cases:

– with payment providers (for transaction processing),

– when fulfilling legal obligations.

5.2. All data recipients are required to maintain confidentiality.

6. User Rights

6.1. Users whose data is processed have the right to:

– access their data,

– correct or delete it,

– restrict or object to processing,

– withdraw consent for processing,

– data portability (in accordance with GDPR).
